Product Availability:  Please note that all products being offered are available until listed stock quantities are exhausted.  From time to time we reserve the right to remove or re-list items as our inventory changes. 

Should you be interested in the availability of any particular item or character we encourage you to utilize the search feature of our site to assist you.  Additionally, you may reach out to our customer service at nerdcultureshop@gmail.com for questions regarding a particular product’s availability. 

Product Pricing:  Prices of all items are non negotiable, and are determined utilizing an number of means including but not limited to: cost data from our suppliers, pricing research for similar items, and market demand research. 

We reserve the right to modify our pricing as is necessary. Be that decreasing prices through use of  coupons, sales, and all other marketing and promotional means or increasing prices due to changes in our supplier costs, regulatory or policy changes, changes in taxation, etc.  Should you have questions regarding our pricing please reach out to customer service at nerdcultureshop@gmail.com

Shipping options:  We provide a varied shipping cost depending on the item, and the specific item’s size and weight will be used in determining an approximate shipping cost. These shipping costs are reflected at the time of checkout.  Additionally, we offer customers who spend $50 or more with us free shipping (be sure to select the option as it does not do so automatically).  Local pickup is also available to customers who leave close and want to arrange for a pickup.  We are currently limiting local pickup to customers within 20 miles of the zip code 24605 (Bluefield, VA). Please note that if local pickup is selected we will reach out to you via the email specified on your account in order to make those arrangements.  Customers will have 24 hours to respond back, otherwise the order will be canceled and refunded.  

International Shipping: Please note that we make every effort to process orders as quickly as we can, and get them shipped out via one of our shipping partners.  However as it relates to international shipping there are certain regulatory hurdles that must be addressed such as customs and certain taxes [value added tax (VAT)] that may be assessed on those goods upon enter into another country that are simply beyond our control.   We ask that our foreign customers take these items into account when ordering and allow for the reasonable expected amount of time to pass regarding delivery before contacting us regarding an item’s delivery status.    We are happy to provide tracking information as it is available but beyond that information would have no way to influence an item’s delivery until it arrives.
